Riley is a high-performance auto booker for Amazon Relay. It’s a web platform, compatible with any device. Simultaneously search for any number of trips and scale to meet any kind of competition. Get high-paying loads faster and more consistently.
The requests for trips are sent from the service dashboard directly to Relay. The system is hosted on the fastest instances (servers) from Amazon Web Services. Latency is kept to a minimum, so that you get to the loads before anyone else. If there is competition, you could always increase the IP count by adding servers to your account and each task individually.
Riley runs on our next-generation search modes, delivering unmatched speed per IP. Requests are stable, consistent - they don’t get blocked or throttled. Search statistics for each task are constantly reflected in your dashboard. Riley is built for long-term, high-volume operations on Amazon Relay.

Short answer: no. Even though you have multiple instances searching for the trip simultaneously, the system will ensure that the desired number of loads is not exceeded.
Our current suspension rate is effectively 0%. Riley is engineered for safety and adapts to the “failed searches” to avoid rate-limit spikes, shadow bans, and behavior patterns that typical autobookers trigger. Your searches are coming from Amazon’s own web servers.
As the web app - Riley requires your login into the Relay Dashboard. We encrypt and securely store this information. The process is automatic and is done by the system at your request. For your assurance, you could create a “dispatcher’s” account on Relay - it would only have access to the loads tab that is needed for booking.
